Four prisoners convicted of drug trafficking executed in Southern Iran

Iran Human Rights, March 2, 2014: Four prisoners were hanged in Bandar Abbas (Capital of the province of Hormozgan, Southern Iran) early this morning, reported the Iranian state media. According to the official website of the Iranian Judiciary in Hormozgan, the four prisoners were convicted of armed drug trafficking of 966 kilograms of opium. The prisoners were identified as M. R.", "H. A.", "A. P." and Y. A."  and were sentenced to death by the Revolutionary Court of Roudan.
