Three prisoners are scheduled to be executed in Ahwaz today June 18

Iran human Rights, June 18: According to the site "Human Rights Activities in Iran," 3 prisoners are to be executed today (Wednesday, June 18) in the Karoun prison of Ahwaz, in the oil rich province of Khuzestan. One has been identified as Jalil Bani Khaled, 23 accused of killing two security agents. Another is named Zarvani who is mentally ill. The third person has not been identified yet. All 3 had been transferred to solitary cell in Karoun Prison yesterday according to the report. Transfer of the prisoner to solitary confinement happens normally few hours before execution.
