Four Prisoners Hanged in Northwestern Iran

Iran Human Rights, October 11: Four prisoners were hanged in the Tabriz prison (northwestern Iran) on the morning of October 10.
The prisoners, who were were not identified by name, were convicted of kidnapping and rape, said the report.
